Delete your OpenLeash account
This page is the public account deletion resource for OpenLeash Cloud and the OpenLeash mobile apps. You can start deletion from the mobile app settings or directly from this page.
What deletion includes
- Your OpenLeash Cloud account record.
- Personal profile data such as name, email, identity provider, and linked device records.
- Associated mobile session and notification registration data.
- Personal account data controlled by OpenLeash Cloud.
What may be retained
Some security audit records, abuse-prevention records, billing records, or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period. If you are part of an organization, workspace audit records may be controlled by your organization administrator.
Start the request
Send the request from the email address on your OpenLeash account so we can verify ownership. We will confirm the request, explain any retained records, and complete deletion as required by law.
Private Cloud users
If your company runs OpenLeash Private Cloud, your organization controls the hosted API, dashboard, database, identity provider, and retention. Contact your organization administrator for deletion of customer-hosted data.
