Use of OpenLeash

OpenLeash helps organizations observe and govern supported AI-agent actions. You are responsible for configuring policies, reviewing approvals, enrolling authorized users, and using the service in compliance with applicable law.

Accounts

Keep account credentials secure and review the policies you enable. If you create or administer a Business workspace, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and to invite, enroll, and manage its users and devices.

Organization administrators and employees

Business administrators can invite or enroll users, connect supported identity providers, configure organization or team protections, review organization-visible activity, and manage billing. Employees keep responsibility for their own account and device use, while organization policy may control supported agent actions on enrolled work devices.

The organization is responsible for giving employees and contractors appropriate notice about monitoring, obtaining any consent or lawful basis required in its jurisdiction, limiting administrator access, and using collected information consistently with its employment and privacy obligations.

Subscriptions and trials

New customers can begin with a free company assessment and single-administrator workspace. Paid Business service is billed by protected user when an organization adds protected team seats. Any no-card trial limits and duration are shown before activation. Reaching a stated time or evaluation limit ends trial evaluation. Current prices, billing interval, quantity, and renewal terms appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. The Business control plane is operated as a hosted OpenLeash Cloud service.

Business data and instructions

An organization determines which people and devices it enrolls, which supported protections it applies, and which optional usage sources it connects. OpenLeash processes organization service data to provide those configured functions and also uses limited account, billing, security, and abuse-prevention information to operate the service. Security decisions

OpenLeash provides policy, monitoring, and approval workflows for supported integrations and action paths. It does not promise complete interception of every agent action and does not replace human judgment, endpoint security, backups, incident response, legal review, or security operations.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the OpenLeash Refund Policy and any applicable order form or written agreement.
